Why this portfolio works

National movements are made of local chapters, and the work looks different depending on where it happens: a metro area, a diverse Southern city, tribal land, a suburban district.

These four organizations don't duplicate each other's work. Each covers a different kind of place and a different organizing challenge: a major metro area, coalition-building in a diverse city, Indigenous civic engagement on tribal land, and suburban grassroots advocacy. Each has a track record of real results, and each was chosen over other local chapters for how well it represents its region. Together, they show how local organizing actually scales into national strength.
